A Hand-in facility will also be available at the AGM to be held at the Catholic Hall, High St, Kirkcudbright DG6 4JW on Sunday 13th April from 12.30pm – 2.15pm.

Members may submit up to four original artworks (paintings, ceramics, sculpture, textiles). An entry fee of £5.00 per painting/artwork to be paid online or at Hand-in. Members may also submit up to four mounted prints or unframed originals for the browser, plus up to 20 cards for this Exhibition. 

All cards will be retailed at £3 each.   Commission on all sales will be charged at 30% 

Artists are responsible for the insurance of their own artworks.

Collection of any unsold Artworks from the Gallery must be on Saturday 26th April 2025 between 3pm – 4pm.  Please note that DAGFAS will not be held responsible for disposing of or storing any unsold work at the end of the exhibition.

A rota of volunteers will be prepared. Unless specified, your name will be placed on the rota of volunteers to staff the exhibition during opening hours. The exhibitions team will  contact you nearer the time once the rota has been completed.
