DAGFAS Annual Exhibition Entry Form

* Please read exhibition requirements before completing this form.

Artwork must be labelled on the back with the name of the artist, contact details, title of work, medium, size and price.

Labels are available on our website if required.

Artists are responsible for their own insurance of their artworks.

Framed work must be suitably framed and ready for hanging-see guidance notes.

Commission will be charged by Gracefield at 30%.

There is a charge for submission for the Summer Exhibition of £5 per work submitted (up to 4 works). To complete your application you must make the necessary payment. Once you have submitted you will be taken to the payment page to pay the appropriate fee based on the number of works submitted:
